MTF make Pedal Pan Mixer is a robust design, high performance horizontal pan mixer with overhead drive ideally suitable for fast efficient uniform and homogeneous mixing of refractory castable. The overhead drive ensures easy access to crown wheel and bevel pinion being well away form the mix to ensure long life and reliability. However, PPM- 80 is direct driven by motor through gear box. The special design and location of blades ensure smooth and thorough mix consistently.
MTF make under drive Pan Mixer is our indigenous & in this the vertical shaft is operated by a well protected under drive motor with robust gear box & coupling. The vertical shaft rotates smoothly on Ball bearing supported on specially designed housing. The vertical shaft carries the mixing blades on suitable brackets. Suitable top lid / cover can be provided.
